Proview Aluminium Scaffolds Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilise a combination of our own delivery vehicles and third-party logistics providers to fulfil orders. The choice of shipping method depends on the destination, order size, and logistical requirements.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery dates and times provided are estimates only. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Insurance
Standard shipping does not include insurance. If you would like to insure your goods against loss or damage during transit, please contact our team before dispatch to arrange coverage.

4. Delivery & Unloading Guidelines

• Hand Unload Waiting Time: For deliveries requiring hand unloading, our drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the delivery location. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
• Customer Assistance: If delivery is made using a Proview Aluminium vehicle, customers are not permitted to assist in unloading due to safety regulations.
• Missed Deliveries: If no one is available at the delivery address, we will redirect your order to the nearest parcel centre or depot. You will be responsible for arranging collection or re-delivery.

5. Freight & Handling Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Additional fees may apply for remote locations, oversized items, or special delivery requirements.

6. Inspection & Damages
Customers should inspect all goods upon arrival. If damage is noted, it must be reported to Proview Aluminium within 24 hours of delivery. For third-party logistics deliveries, claims must be made directly with the carrier, unless shipping insurance has been arranged through us.

7. Order Tracking
For orders shipped via third-party logistics, tracking details will be provided where available. Customers can contact our support team for updates on their order status.

8. Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If a modification is required, please contact us as soon as possible to determine if adjustments can be made.
