If Proview ships a customer the wrong product(s), then Proview will replace the product(s) at no cost to customers. This includes shipping costs.
Time Frame for Returns:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the Goods for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.
Condition of Goods:
All returned Goods must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please include this with your returned item to ensure your return is processed promptly.
No Cost Shipping to be deducted:
Orders that are shipped at no cost to the customer and are returned shall have the initial shipping expenses deducted from their refund. If the order has been shipped or in transit then the customer is responsible for the initial shipping charge(s), return shipping charge(s), and all related expenses related to returning and restocking the order.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 12.5% of the purchase price will apply to all returns. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once your Goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. For exchanges, we will dispatch your replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to their original bank account or credit card used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your Goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the damage, and we will arrange for a return shipping label and a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Safety and Compliance Checks:
Returned items will undergo safety and compliance checks to ensure they have not been compromised or altered. This is to maintain the highest level of safety and quality in our products.
Exceptions for custom projects:
Custom-made or specially ordered items are not eligible for returns due to their unique specifications. Please review your order carefully before purchasing these items.
